SO Apple has recently sent out the new iOS 6 update. It's available to all devices: iPhone 3G, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, the latest iPhone 5, iPod 4, the new iPod 5, the iPad 2 & the iPad 3.
What's new?
The new iOS 6 Update comes with Passbook: The new Ticket Booth. You can order all sorts of tickets: concert tickets, sport tickets, movie tickets, show tickets, and more. It's a ticket booth in your pocket.
Siri - The iPhone 4S's Siri feature is now available to iPod 5, iPad 3, iPhone 4S and iPhone 5. Unfortunately, the devices above are the only devices you can get Siri on - even if you update your iPod 4 or iPhone 4 or iPad 2 - which is a bummer. It seems every time you buy something there is always a new thing about to come.
Layout - The App Store, Music Library, and more apps' layouts have been changed. Most people liked the old layout because it catered for them. The new layouts are so different, you barley know what to do anymore. It's way too different and is quite different. I actually think the Apple devices are now more similar to the Samsung devices. It looks like it!
Size - The iPod 5 & iPhone 5 have increased the size level. It's way bigger. This means most apps won't fit the screen size, making a lot of the apps smaller. A lot of the apps now are needing updates to fit the screen.
Maps - Apparently you can see 3D view. Who cares?
YouTube - The App? Where did it go? Did it dissappear into Orbit or something? Now you have to actually download the YouTube app from the APP STORE. WHY?? Even when you do - it's so different. I can't really see the new videos in my subscriptions. Did Apple break the licensing and partnership with YouTube or something?
Personally, I hate the new update. I updated my mum's phone, and she lost of 221 of her contacts!! Seriously?
